Return and Refund Policy

 ~If for any reason your product is unsatisfactory schedule a return within 7 days.   There may be a restock fee taken off of the refunded amount.  

~If for some reason you aren't completely satisfied with your new replacement system or medical wig service please send us an email to:  customerservice@advancedhair.solutions or call us at (877) 242-4756 within 72 hrs. 

~Delivery of custom orders will be no later than 45 days after deposit is made.  

~Custom orders are able to be cancelled within 24 hours to 48 hours

~Adjustments or alterations must be made 

~All services are made by appointment only

~Synthetic medical wigs CANNOT be colored however can be ordered in the natural colors needed.
